Terms And Conditions
These terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) are the terms and conditions upon which Fabulous Floristry by Carla (“we/us”) make this website (the “Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site”) available to you.
These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site.
1.1 All products as depicted on this website (as may be varied from time to time) are available for local delivery only.
1.2 Certain flower and plant products may be delivered in bud to ensure longer life.
1.3 All products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties, we reserve the right to substitute with a product of equivalent value and quality without notice.
1.4 In the event that we are unable to supply all or part of your order (the product or any substitute product to you at all), we shall notify you as soon as possible and reimburse your payment in full no later than 30 days after the intended delivery date.
1.5 Products on the Fabulous Floristry by Carla website can be available for same day delivery. To utilise this service please order before 11am. If ordering specific flowers or special requests please give 1 day notice by phone.
2.1 Prices listed within the Fabulous Floristry by Carla website are valid for a maximum of 14 days from the day or ordering, but are subject to change during peak periods and to accommodate the seasonal availability of some flowers.
2.2 Prices include VAT at the prevailing rate set by customs and excise.
2.3 Product prices exclude the local delivery charge. The charge for your selected delivery area can be viewed in the delivery info section of the site.
2.4 We reserve the right to change without notice, the price, or prices of any, or all products listed on the Fabulous Floristry by Carla website.
3. Orders / Payment
3.1 During the order process, you will be required to provide us with your complete personal details, including accurate postcode, together with those of the intended recipient and all necessary payment details.
3.2 We accept payment by all major credit and/or debit cards using the Paypal payment gateway. You are not required to have an account with Paypal to be able to make a payment using a credit and/or debit card. Paypal will make the secure transaction between your bank and ours.
3.3 By clicking on the ‘check out’ button at the end of the order process, you are consenting to be bound by our terms and conditions contained in these Terms and Conditions and appearing anywhere on the Fabulous Floristry by Carla site.
3.4 Submitting your order is subject to our acceptance of this offer. We will send an email confirmation of your order details to advise that we are processing your order via the email address you provide. We will not consider ourselves bound by a contract with you until we have issued this email confirmation.
4.1 Except where stated, Standard Delivery is next day or as requested at the time of your order.
4.2 Selected products are not available for delivery to certain areas – where possible we will advise you of these restrictions before you place your order.
4.3 Delivery Services – Should you require your delivery to be made same day or within a specific time period please call 01923 549036 to place your order to confirm the details.
4.4 We may process orders received on Sundays or Public Holidays the next working day.
4.5 Delivery is not available on Sundays or public holidays, orders will be delivered on the next working day.
4.6 To avoid problems or delays with delivery, please ensure that you have included the full address details, including accurate postcode of the intended recipient and telephone number, together with your daytime contact telephone number or e-mail address so that we can notify you in the event that any delivery problems are encountered.
4.7 In the case of delivery to certain locations, where a third party is involved, such as offices, hospitals, Funeral Directors, wedding venues and other business locations, the signature or verbal acception of any person authorised to accept delivery on behalf of the organisation/individual shall be accepted as proof and acceptance of delivery to your chosen recipient or location.
4.8 Please note that the Fabulous Floristry by Carla is only responsible for delivering to the address you quote (or to a neighbour if no one is at home) we regret that where the goods have been correctly delivered we cannot accept responsibility if the intended recipient has moved, or lives elsewhere, and the actual receiver refuses or fails to return item(s).
4.9 Where the delivery driver is unable to find someone to accept delivery they will deliver to a neighbour, leave in a secure location or leave a card at the address for the recipient to make contact.
4.10 In the instance of there being difficulties in delivering your order to the intended recipient we reserve the right to contact the recipient using the contact details you provide at the time of placing your order.
4.11 Before placing your order, please review delivery information and prices.
4.12 Our bouquet delivery service is only available for local delivery.
4.13 In the instance of the recipient being unable to receive the flowers (if they are away or on holiday) refunds can only be made if the flowers can be resold within 1 day of the delivery date. It is the customer’s responsibility when ordering to guarantee the recipient won’t be away.
5.1 Orders may be amended or cancelled up to 3 working days before the intended delivery date.
5.2 To amend or cancel your order, please contact Fabulous Floristry by Carla Monday – Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday 9am-2pm. Sunday Closed (unless its Mother’s day or a wedding) using the contact details set out in Section 6 below.
5.3 Orders may not cancelled on or after the requested order delivery date.
6. Fabulous Floristry by Carla Contact details
6.1 In the event that you are not satisfied with your order, any complaints should be addressed in the first instance to:

6.2 Because of the perishable nature of most products and in order to assist us in resolving any complaints quickly and to our mutual satisfaction, we advise you to make any complaint within 1 working day of the date of delivery or intended delivery of your purchase.
Flowers will last anytime between 5-7 days if full instructions are followed on receipt of delivery. This all depends on where you’ve kept the flowers etc.
Whilst we agree to use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that the Fabulous Floristry by Carla site is fully operational and error-free we cannot guarantee this and, therefore, accept no responsibility for any defects and/or interruption of the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site and shall be released from our obligations under these Terms and Conditions in the event of any cause beyond our reasonable control which renders the provision of the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site impossible or impractical.
8. Refunds And Returns Policy
8.1 A full refund will be given on bouquets and orders that do not match their description when the product(s) have been returned to Fabulous Floristry by Carla. We will also cover the expense of having the products returned (i.e you receive the wrong bouquet, we will fully refund the order when the incorrect bouquet has been returned or collected by our delivery team).
8.2 A partial refund will be made for items or services that have only been partially completed. (i.e if your bouquet should have included a box of chocolates but didn’t, we can refund you for the box of chocolates). Arrangements that include many types of flowers will only be partially refunded for the flowers that may be missing from the arrangement.
8.3 To make us aware of your intention for a full or partial refund you will need to make contact with us within 24 hours of receiving the goods or services.
8.4 Wedding and funeral flowers can not be refunded.
9.1 We reserve the right to supplement and amend the Terms and Conditions on which you are permitted access to the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site and/or the Fabulous Floristry by Carla delivery service from time to time. We will post any changes on the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site and it is your responsibility as a customer to review the Terms and Conditions on each occasion you access the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site. Changes will be effective immediately after the posting of any such change and all subsequent dealings between you and us shall be on the new terms and conditions.
9.2 Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend, restrict or terminate access to the Fabulous Floristry by Carla Site at any time.
9.4 A person who is not a party to the agreement between you and us has no rights under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce any of the Terms and Conditions but this does not affect any right or remedy which exists apart from that Act.
9.5 In respect of fraudulent misrepresentation, this agreement (including any documents and instruments referred to herein) supersedes all prior representations, arrangements, understandings, and agreements between you and us (whether written or oral) and sets forth the entire agreement and understanding between you and us relating to the subject matter hereof.
9.6 Your purchase will be deemed to have occurred in the UK. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law and the parties agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
We hold current addresses, card details and email addresses when you place orders. These are kept in a secure and safe area and I’m the only person that views this information.
